Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it? 

You can cancel an order only if your order has not yet been packed or shipped. The same applies to any address changes. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add items to an order. Please contact customer service via webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465 to see if this is still possible in your case. If not, we advise you to place a new order or return the order. 

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order? 

Changing a delivery address is only possible if your order has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact customer service via webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465 to see if this is still possible in your case. 

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change it. In that case, you can still adjust the delivery via DHL's track&trace code. 

Will sold out items come back in stock?

Sold-out items may still be replenished. We recommend signing up for a signal via the desired item. You will receive an email when the item is replenished. 

Did you know that Beachlife has many points of sale throughout the Netherlands. Check out our stores HERE. Are you looking for a specific item? Then you can go to webshop@beachlife.com request a list of stores for your favorite item. Don't forget your (cup)size send along. 

I did not receive a confirmation email. What now?

It is useful to check your spam box first! If you can't find the confirmation email in there either, we advise you to contact our customer service at webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465, they will resend the order confirmation.

I entered an incorrect e-mail address. What should I do now?

You can reach our customer service via webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465 to modify the e-mail address and receive an order confirmation. 

Will items in my shopping cart or wishlist be reserved for me?

Items are not reserved for you. Only after payment the items are really yours. 

Do you need an account to order?

You don't need an account to place an order. However, it does make ordering easier, you can easily find your orders and you get personalized deals.

Pay
Which payment methods can I use?

You can at Beachlife checkout using the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Riverty and Klarna.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Once your order and payment have been received in good order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Didn't receive an email? Please contact customer service via webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465. Don't forget to check your spam inbox first!

Where can I enter my discount code? 

You can enter your discount code in the checkout screen. Place the code in the 'Discount Code' field and then click 'Apply'.

I have chosen the payment method AfterPay, but I did not receive an invoice. What now? 

If you also do not receive an order confirmation from Beachlife, the e-mail address you entered is probably incorrect. In that case, you can reach our customer service at webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465 to update the e-mail address. If you did receive the order confirmation please contact Riverty customer service. They can help you with your payment and invoice. 

My new invoice from Riverty is not correct. What now?

Something probably went wrong while processing your return. Please contact customer service. Our customer service can be reached at webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465 to help you with this. 

Shipping
Do I pay shipping costs with you?

In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany you pay no shipping costs when you spend €50,- or more. For orders under €50,- you pay €5,95 for shipping.

Within how many days will I receive my order?

The delivery time at Beachlife is two business days on average. Ordered before 9:30 PM on business days is shipped the same day. If you order over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation of this with the DHL tracking number. By clicking on the code, you can track your order through DHL.

Can I have my order delivered to a service point?

When completing the order, we do not give you the option to have your order delivered directly to a service point. However, you can change this later via the DHL website or app. Not at home? DHL will deliver to your neighbors or deliver to a DHL Service Point.

Returns
How can I return my order?

Not satisfied with your Beachlife items? Items can be returned within 30 days after the order is placed. Registering a return can only be done through https://beachlife.returnista.com

What is the cost of the return?

You are responsible for the cost of returning an order. Return costs within the Netherlands are from €6.70. The cost may vary by country and shipping party. You can create a shipping label via https://beachlife.returnista.com

What are the return conditions?

- Items may be returned within 30 days after the order is placed. 

- Returned items must be unworn and have the attached (price) tags. 

- Items must not have any signs of use or stains. 

We check the returned items carefully. If your return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and will not issue a refund. 

What is the return period?

You can return your items within 30 days after receipt of the order.

Can I combine multiple orders into one return?

Yes, you can! You should be able to register both orders at the same time via https://beachlife.returnista.com, then you only pay return costs once. 

Should that fail, you may register one order as a return. You may then send the other order without registering it. Please make sure that both return forms are in the box. 

Please note that the order that is not notified is often processed a little later. This is because we have to process them manually. 

How long does it take before I receive my money back?

The refund will take place within 14 days after we receive your return, using the same payment method you used to place the order. Please note that after the confirmation email, it may take several business days before the amount is visible in your account.

Can I exchange my ordered items for another size or another item?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have an exchange system. You can exchange an item by ordering the desired item through the webshop and returning the item you want to exchange.

I did not receive a return form. What now?

We cannot send a new return form. When you register your order via https://beachlife.returnista.com it is known to us which items are being returned. You could add a bill with your order number and other information just to be sure. If you still have problems, please contact our customer service department at webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465.

How do I know if you have received my return?

You will receive a confirmation from us as soon as the return has been processed. Are you curious whether we have received the shipment? Check the Track&Trace code of the shipment.

Can sale items be returned?

Yes, if the sale items meet our return policy you can return them.

Warranty
Do I have warranty with Beachlife?

At Beachlife you have a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects. We do not guarantee wear or discoloration, damage due to negligence or failure to follow washing instructions. 

Should anything be wrong with your item within the 1-year period, please contact our customer service department at webshop@beachlife.com and send us a picture of the problem, quoting your order number. Then we will be happy to look with you for a suitable solution. 

Other questions
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

Something may have gone wrong while processing your order. Is an item missing? Please contact customer service (webshop@beachlife.com or +31(0)33-2997465) stating your order number and the problem.

I have received the wrong item. What should I do now?

It is possible that something went wrong while processing your order. If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team at webshop@beachlife.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465 stating your order number and the problem.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What now?

If you have received a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at webshop@beachlife.com and send us a picture of the problem, quoting your order number. Then we will be happy to look with you for a suitable solution.
